ZRTM have 290 members of the public (government ) and private institutions . Those who are not members , and want to join ZRTM should pay 700 denars . The bank account 300000001044338 Komercijalna Bank , or by refusing to pay the 64 day  every month .

The Managing Board of ZRTM chamber issuecertificates of employability. They are verified by committee of 5 members of the independent board of ZRTM . This commission is recognized by  ISSRT and east Asian Federation of Radiological Technologists , U.S. , Canada , Japan , China , Taiwan and of course , Macedonia .
For Members of ZRTM these certificates cost 10 euros ( fornon-members € 25 ) .
To get this certificateRadiological Technologists should have  :
Diploma of Higher Education in the profession
- 10 months professional experience
- Passing an exam
- good  knowledge of STB IMR
- Proficiency in classical radiology
